Credit Underwriting Manager

About the Role We are looking for a Risk Manager who will oversee the end-to-end risk process for Electrum’s rent-to-own program, ensuring customers are onboarded safely, accurately, and in line with policy.

This role is responsible for developing and improving risk assessment frameworks, preventing fraud, ensuring proper eligibility checks, and managing the overall risk exposure of our lease and rent-to-own portfolio.

You will work closely with Sales, Operations, CX, Finance, and Product to ensure that onboarding is smooth while maintaining disciplined risk controls that protect portfolio quality and business sustainability.

What You Will Do Develop and maintain the risk assessment framework for rent-to-own customers, including eligibility criteria, document checks, scoring, and approval flows.

Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring accurate verification of customer identity, documents, employment, and payment capability.
