Lead and mentor Indigenous youth this summer as a Crew Leader in the Outland Youth Employment Program. Play a critical role in their development and success in a vibrant camp environment.
This full-time position includes a seven-week commitment during July and August 2026, where you will supervise and inspire Rangers through their work and personal growth journeys. Your leadership and moral guidance will empower them as they engage in their first job experiences, academic sessions, and collaborative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Rangers during work and ensure safety compliance
• Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions
• Maintain camp orderliness and support daily operations
