The role of a Crew member is amazing. The areas you will control and be in charge of are so important. This will vary from taking orders to completing deep cleaning in the store., Our stores become very busy within minutes we would need to ensure we are alert at all times. The moment we see a customer we need to become available to assist them, whether that is taking their order, assisting with kiosks or giving extra sauces or napkins. The service we give has a lasting impression on each customer and will most definitely determine if they return to us. Our customers need to be values and listened to each and every time. We need to be sensitive to their concerns and questions.
Responsibilities
- Excellent communication with team members
- Being on your feet for most of the shift
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Stocking up all areas, this can be from Frozen products to dry products
- Safe lifting of stock
