• Administer roster optimisation, utilizing strategic approaches to achieve efficient, cost effective and fatigue risk managed roster for Pilot and Cabin crew while respecting the complexities of the GCAA rules and regulations.
• During roster optimization review Pilot and Cabin Crew roster fairness, productivity targets and operational robustness whilst balancing crew satisfaction.
• Analyse multiple optimised roster solutions against departmental KPI’s while making recommendations to line manager on ideal roster solutions.
