Crewing Team Leader – Offshore & Subsea

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Crewing Team Leader Offshore & Marine to join our client's marine operations team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a permanent office-based role with primary responsibility for UAE operations while supporting regional projects across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait. You will be responsible for leading the Central Crewing function, overseeing the end-to-end crewing of offshore survey, diving, and subsea operations across multiple regional projects. Working closely with project teams, vessel owners, marine operations, clients, and regulatory authorities, you will ensure crew readiness, certification compliance, rotation planning, and seamless mobilization while driving continuous improvement across crewing processes and standards.
