Job Description
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate communication, escalation, and coordination during high-impact events. 
You will support the organisation’s ability to respond effectively to crises, protect its people and assets, and maintain business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare for, respond to, and support recovery from high-impact incidents
Conduct real-time monitoring of internal and external incidents across EMEA
Identify, escalate, and manage incidents in line with established protocols
Coordinate responses affecting staff, sites, and business operations
Assess and mitigate risks for business travellers, including tracking high-risk travel
Gather, evaluate, and interpret intelligence to identify emerging risks and trends
