Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Critical Facilities Technician to join our Data Centre Engineering Operations (DCEO) team. In this role you will support the operation, monitoring and maintenance of the electrical and mechanical infrastructure that powers AWS cloud services.
AWS data centres operate 24/7 and rely on highly reliable power and cooling systems. As a technician in this environment, you will perform hands-on maintenance, equipment inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure infrastructure systems operate safely and reliably.
You will work as part of a team responsible for maintaining mission-critical equipment including power distribution systems, generators, UPS systems and cooling infrastructure.
This role operates on a shift rotation supporting 24/7 data centre operations.
