Critical Situation Manager - Escalation & Risk

Sutherland is looking for a Critical Situation Specialist in Bogotá, Colombia. This role involves leading, planning, and managing technical problems and project risks to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in critical situation management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage crisis situations effectively. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is also required.
