Crm Developer

Location: Mexico (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey) – Working from a secure room – 5 days a week (CST time with shift coverage 9am-5pm and 3pm-11pm if needed).
Role Overview
As a CRM developer, you will be responsible for overseeing application development, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales) solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and integrating CRM functionalities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring system performance to support business processes and enhance customer engagement. The position requires collaboration with cross‐functional teams and adherence to best practices in solution architecture and coding standards.
