Role Mission: 

The CRM Engineer designs, builds, and operates StarHub’s core Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Order Management (OM) platforms that power customer onboarding, sales journeys, and fulfilment for the Consumer Business. The role focuses on delivering scalable, resilient, and high‑performance platforms that enable rapid product launches and seamless end‑to‑end customer experiences. Operating within a DevOps model, the engineer ensures production reliability through automation, observability, and continuous delivery, driving the modernization of CRM/OM capabilities on cloud‑native platforms and supporting operational excellence.
