About the Role Ana Luisa is looking for a strategic and data-driven CRM Manager to lead our retention efforts at a key moment of growth and transformation.


In this role, you will own the full CRM ecosystem, including Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Membership, and lifecycle marketing.
