CRM Manager - Projects & Growth

NEXA is urgently looking for an experienced CRM Project & Growth Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of HubSpot implementation engagements. You will be the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, from kickoff to go-live, responsible for timelines, quality, and client confidence. You will work alongside a dedicated Implementation Specialist who handles the technical build - your focus is structured project management, clear client communication, and ensuring nothing leaves the team without meeting the bar.

This is a role for someone who has run complex CRM projects before, managed clients through difficult moments, and can hold a commercial conversation - spotting where a client can do more with HubSpot and making the case for it.
