Tasks and responsibilities
This role focuses on leading the CRM stream end to end in an environment where customer, member and contact data is currently spread across several systems, including multiple CRM solutions. The objective is to move towards one consolidated CRM supported by strong master data management foundations.
You will report to the IT Manager, with day-to-day alignment through the Enterprise Architect. The position includes on-site presence two days per week.
The role
Your assignment covers three main areas:
- Map and analyse
In collaboration with the architecture team, identify the systems that contain customer, member and contact data, clarify how they are connected, and document the current AS-IS landscape. - Define the target state and roadmap
