CRM Project Manager

The position will be contract based for 9 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the execution and delivery of the project within defined scope, timeline, and quality

- Coordinate with steering committee, business users, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and ensure proper implementation

- Ensure project activities follow standardized project management processes and governance

- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and escalate when required

- Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and go-live activities

- Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, IT, Group teams)

- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and knowledge transfer to business users

- Ensure the adoption of ICRF and ITAC
