As a CRM Specialist at Air Apps, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management systems and email marketing campaigns. You will work on drip marketing, segmentation, automation, and lead nurturing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

This role requires expertise in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or Klaviyo, as well as a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation workflows, and data‑driven optimization.

Responsibilities
