Knowledge & Training Management
Lead Knowledge Management initiatives for EUV UIR and DUV UIR domains.
Plan, organize with GTC on training programs, including qualification and follow-up.
Design and execute cross‑competency training to enhance EUV / DUV workforce flexibility.
Coordinate and maintain Safety Training compliance in alignment with UIR requirements.
Drive AE (Associate Engineer) training framework, including onboarding, skill ramp‑up, and qualification paths.
Skill Development & Monitoring
Own skill level tracking, including definition, monitoring, and continuous improvement actions.
Drive skill maturity progression in alignment with business demand and operation readiness.
Establish and maintain SMT (Skill Management Tool) monitoring, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
