We are currently recruiting for an experienced Handyman to join a busy housing development in Nottingham.
đ Location: Nottingham
đ Start Date: Immediate
â° Hours: Full-time (site hours)
â Requirements:
⢠Valid CSCS card
⢠Full PPE
⢠Previous experience in handyman or multi-trade work
⢠Ability to carry out a range of maintenance and finishing tasks
⢠Strong awareness of site safety
⢠Reliable and hardworking attitude
đ¨ Duties:
⢠General snagging and finishing works
⢠Basic carpentry and repairs
⢠Installing fixtures and fittings
⢠Patch painting and making good
⢠Assisting site management as required
⢠Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
⢠Adhering to all health & safety procedures
