CT Technologist - Computer Tomography CT- Day/Evening/Nights

Part Time (40 Hours/Biweekly)

Rotating Day/Evening Shift, and Weekends.

Will participate in weekend night shift rotation with evening shift team.

Under the direction of a radiologist, performs Computerized Tomography (CT) exams for subsequent evaluation by attending physician. Assists physician as requested in the selection of practical applications and technical factors.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

1. Performs required daily quality control on Toshiba scanner and documents all data in QC log (online desktop).

2. Performs required daily scanner shutdown, warm-up, and calibration data acquisition to stabilize the inner side of the x-ray tube.

3. Demonstrates involvement in department by attending 50% of staff/committee meetings.
