                •	Cuinar (elaboració dels menús diaris, esmorzars, dinars ( torn matí), berenars i sopars (torn tarda)) aproximadament per a 23 infants. Els menús i les fitxes tècniques ja estan elaborats per Nutricionista.
•	Registre de temperatures; neveres i congeladors.
•	Registre de control de mostres alimentàries .
