• Lead culture‑building and employee engagement initiatives to drive a high‑performing, collaborative, and purpose‑driven Broadband team.
• Partner with leaders and HR to enhance the employee experience and translate insights into actionable programs.

• Drive a high‑performance culture through targeted engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Lead improvement efforts for the Collaboration Index and strengthen cross‑team collaboration.
