Culture & Leadership Growth Director

Bulk Infrastructure is seeking a Director of Culture & Leadership Development to shape how we lead and grow as we scale. As part of the People function and reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will define leadership frameworks, strengthen culture, and build capability across all levels.

You will drive a company-wide leadership development strategy, embed culture into daily behaviours, and partner with senior leaders to ensure organisational effectiveness during rapid growth.
