Position Overview

Compensation: Starting salary range $75,800 to $78,400, adjusted based on experience, training, and other factors.
Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee a comprehensive custodial program based on industry best practices, emphasizing planned and scheduled work and preventive maintenance.
- Provide daily supervision and support to custodial staff, including prioritizing and assigning work, directing job scope, reviewing completed work, and conducting daily building inspections.
- Hire custodial staff, perform annual performance reviews, and approve employee time and leave requests.
