Customer account managers role is to manage companys large account by working as Single point of contact(SPOC) of Company for the client. As SPOC for client, it is account managers responsibility to understand business of customer in detail, document all technical requirements of the client & ensure proper communications between clients multiple teams & our corporate team. A customer account manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day account activities of a companys customers.
The customer account managers role includes helping the company in retaining its customers. He/she acts as the mouthpiece of the company to keep the client happy and responsive.
