Customer Care Analyst

Overview:
Support, Monitoring and Follow-up of operational activities through Internal WWS and External Client Systems.
**Job Description**:
- Administrating all reports from the last day (Start report, Inventory, Available load, check status of units).
- Close communication with customer when requires information from campaigns.
Close communication with operations team.
- Coordinates delivery around 500 units per day with the client by carhaul.
Attends meeting, reviews daily requirements.
- Supports all daily requirement in the department.
(Special report, documentation, coordinate staff (Carhaul and rail loading).
Job Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in operations.
- SOP, EHS, Kaizen, 5S, WOW.
- Microsoft Office computer skills, and database navigational skills.
- English language proficiency at beginner level.
- Experience to operations process and warehouse management.
