We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at D.S. Research Centre. As a Customer Care Executive , you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, and will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient service. 
Responsibilities:  
Welcoming patients and visitors to the center and directing them to the appropriate departments or staff members. 
Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and forwarding calls to the appropriate departments or staff members. 
Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendars. 
Handling patient intake and registration processes. 
Maintaining patient records and ensuring that patient information is kept confidential.
