About the RoleThe Customer Care Executive role involves:

• Answering incoming calls promptly and in a friendly manner

• Responding to customer emails/enquiries within 1 hour

• Creating customer cases and following them through

• Looking after all customers assigned to the Customer Care Team, including before and after the point of order

• Processing customer orders and ensuring customers are kept up to date on order/delivery updates in a timely manner
