Jem is hiring a Customer Data Coordinator based in Cape Town or Johannesburg. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role at the centre of how Jem delivers for its customers.

Jem is a fast‑growing HR tech scale‑up building tools for frontline teams, now supporting just under 200,000 frontline employees across South Africa.

In this role, you’ll work directly with customer data, keeping it clean, accurate and flowing smoothly through our systems. You’ll support the customer experience by resolving queries, processing client information and helping maintain the integrity of the data our product relies on. You’ll also play a role in shaping how AI is embedded into data workflows, helping the team move faster and reduce manual effort.
