Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Education, the Customer Education Manager will be responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining educational content for MaintainX’s customer education channels. This role will focus on authoring content that enables MaintainX users to develop the core competencies required to be successful maintenance and reliability professionals.
