When something isnt right with the gas in someones home, youre the person who can help make it safe. Youll figure out whats happening and take action to fix the problem, and keep customers reassured throughout. Its a role that takes technical skill, but also confidence, calm thinking, good judgement, and clear communication. As a Level 3 Customer Engineering Apprentice in gas networks, you'll blend classroom learning with hands-on experience. Youll work alongside experienced engineers in customers homes, while building your knowledge and skills at our York Training Centre.
