Customer Experience & Equipment Specialist

MercyOneHealth System seeks a full-time, day-shift team member to address customer needs in the retail store. You will handle intake, verify information about equipment needs and insurance, and assist in setting up new accounts and charging per policy.

You will also help order inventory, educate customers on safe equipment usage, and participate in budget, inventory counts and quality improvement activities within MercyOneHealth System.
