Job Description
Mattel Poland is looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Fulfillment Analyst to join our Team based in Warsaw. Reporting to the Associate Manager Customer Fulfillment, this role will be responsible for managing customer orders, serving as the first point of contact for supply chain queries, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely order execution.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Proactive and timely liaison with customers regarding status of assigned area orders
- Being first point of contact for Supply Chain queries and improvements
- Oversight and validation of Domestic order processing (entered and allocated by 3rd party), ensuring accuracy, overall coordination, and alignment with customer ship dates and monthly sales targets
