What you'll do

As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you will:


Manage a Portfolio of Ricoh Partner Accounts: Oversee the operational aspects of customer support, order bank management, warehouse operations, shipments, and export control.


Order Processing and Shipment Coordination: Efficiently process customer orders into warehouse workflows, ensure timely shipments, and handle export controls to meet performance targets and delight our customers.
