We are currently seeking a Customer Quality Engineer .

• Visit customers as scheduled and complete visit records.
• Establish clear communication channels with customers and deliver customer information promptly to internal teams.
• Prepare materials for quality meetings as required by customers.
• Communicate quality improvement activities to customers, organize and address customer complaints.
• Achieve quality objectives and assurance agreements with customers, and organize their implementation.
• Coordinate the return process of after-sales parts with customers.
• Conduct analysis according to the After-sales return part analysis process and complete summary reports on time.
• Ensure customer claims, invoices, and return documentation are clear and accurate.
