Position summary

Involve in publish and presentation of technical reports to internal / external stakeholder.
Responsibilities- Drive and facilitate internal and external quality related issues and resolve within specific time line.
- Facilitate operation improvement project plan to include cost estimation and yield improvement.
- Involved daily manufacturing activities, sustaining troubleshooting on process and quality related issues.
- Assist manager in execution of department’s new processes, implementation, and continuation improvement projects.
- Utilise problem solving methodology to identify root cause and put a fix in place to improve the operation process and preventive action.
- Assist the manager to identify, diagnose and resolve process related issues by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC methodology.
