Customer Relations Services Representative (Security)

As a Customer Relations Services Representative, your role is to execute the security program in the mall. Part of your duties is to create an environment that is safe, secure, and harmless for all customers, visitors, tenants, and employees. It is your responsibility to keep our customers safe and to have an aweSM customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implements CRS plans and programs through the direction of the CRS Manager;
• Conducts regular inspection of all security posts in their branch;
• Attends to all types of complaints in coordination with mall operations; incident management (Number of mishandled incidents for the period).
• Checks daily time record of security agency personnel
• Reports violations of company rules and regulation committed by employees, all contractual or agency personnel, and tenants;
