About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and tech savvy Sales and Marketing Operations Coordinator to help us maximize the value of our existing systems, primarily MORE and Blue Sage, while strengthening our marketing execution, database health, and operational workflows.
This role is designed to create operational leverage for our licensed production team by improving CRM utilization, enhancing reporting capabilities, and increasing marketing output while maintaining an efficient cost to produce.
You will work in a support capacity under licensed team oversight and will not provide mortgage advisement.
