Job Summary
Gi Group is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join Agilent Technologies, a multicultural and customer‑oriented environment. The role requires native/professional Dutch and professional‑level English, used daily to communicate with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales representatives and customers, ensuring smooth and accurate processes: order management, invoicing and follow‑ups in SAP, acting as the key link between customers and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Order processing: create and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery.
- Sales & customer support: provide information, resolve issues and support customers after the sale.
