Description: Aston Carter's client in Delta is looking to add a Customer Service Admin to their team. This role is best suited to someone with previous administration experience and strong communication.

1. Creation and maintenance of MS Excel spreadsheets detailing order information, technician schedules and other data.

2. Processing of customer orders via EDI and other electronic or manual methods.

Processing RMA’s for returning goods. 3.

Inputting data to and exporting reports from CRM and Accounting software programs. 4.

Coordinating and scheduling field work with customers and field technicians. 5.

Answering telephone calls, e-mails and faxes from customers and field personnel requesting various types of support from parts orders to requests for documentation and other types of information. 6.
