Working Hours & Compensation
Monday to Friday, 8:00-4:00 / 9:00-5:00 with a 30 minute lunch break.
Starting salary: £24,650 per year, plus performance bonus.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and emails from our valued customers
- Resolving queries with finesse, whether routine or complex
- Mastering the art of complaint handling like a true pro
