Call Handler/Appointment Scheduler x2 – 6 Month Temporary Contract

📍 Location: Oxted / Hybrid working (after the first 3-4 weeks)
💰 Salary: £13.50 per hour
📅 Duration: 6-Month Temporary Contract
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week – 8.30am – 4.30pm/9am-5pm (rota)

An experienced and customer-focused Call Handler/Appointment Scheduler is required to support a busy Housing Services – Building Maintenance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling repair and maintenance enquiries, accurately logging requests, scheduling appointments, and coordinating works efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
