How you’ll be hosting with heart:
- You are the interface between Limehome and the guest as the first point of contact for any inquiries along all channels.
- You have a watchful eye and open ear when it comes to feedback from the guest and can find creative solutions for problems.
- You give our guests a great Limehome experience by responding to their individual needs, providing all relevant information and leaving your personal touch when interacting with them.
- You identify pain points & potential for improvement in day to day business and proactively propose solutions.
- You stay in close contact with our Guest Relations Managers to present an optimal solution ...
