All About the Role
In this role you will reporting to the Customer Service Manager Iberia, you will manage key customer accounts and ensure top-tier service delivery.
Location
The role is based in our office in Alcobendas (Madrid).
What You’ll Do
- Manage Electrolux key customers.
- Handle phone and email communications, returns and claims.
- Manage the portfolio of orders.
- Improve ways of working and processes.
- Drive improvements in processes, ways of working and tools.
- Create reports and perform data analysis to support business decisions.
