We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Customer Service Analystbased in Apodaca Plant, Apodaca, NL.(E-Systems Division).

As Materials Customer Service Analyst you will be responsible for timely follow-up with clients and its portals.

Responsibilities

  • EDI analysis, detecting decreases or increases in demand.
  • Entry of customer requests through the MRP system.
  • Maintain Finished Goods inventory within level.
  • Timely follow-up on engineering changes for each product with the corresponding department.
  • Updating and maintaining customer portals.
  • Follow-up with the production and materials planning team.
