At Tosca, we help the world’s leading retailers and suppliers eliminate waste, reduce costs, and improve efficiency with our reusable packaging solutions. We are now looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist to strengthen our team in Central Europe.
As the primary point of contact for our customers in the DACH-region , you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience — from onboarding and order‑to‑invoice coordination to reliable day‑to‑day support. You’ll collaborate closely with internal departments, helping to solve customer needs efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement and quality across our processes.
For this role, you will work from either our office in Agrate Brianza, Milan (Italy) or our office in Madrid (Spain). The chosen location will depend on what is most practical for the candidate.
