This role involves handling inbound calls from customers, primarily focused on taking payments for fines and providing support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner

Assist customers with making payments for outstanding fines

Provide clear and accurate information regarding payment options and processes

Handle sensitive conversations with empathy, patience, and professionalism
