**Summary:**

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager – Front End-Receiving, a Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing quality customer service when answering customer calls to process orders, answer general customer inquiries and customer complaints in an inbound customer service center.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Greet and engage customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
+ Provide a legendary experience for every customer and promote Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s programs
+ Use current Point-of-Sale (POS) and Inventory (SAP) systems to accurately and appropriately complete customer transactions following all policies including those requiring checking for identification and age requirements; knowledge of how to process debit, credit cards, etc
+ Respond and handle customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope
