Responsibilities
- Coordinating rotas and shifts for On‑Site Hosts across multiple venues
- Act as the main point of contact for schools regarding operational issues and queries
- Support the smooth running of venue lettings and bookings
- Manage communication between schools, hirers, and on‑site hosts
- Ensure safeguarding procedures and company processes are followed at all times
- Handle customer service enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Monitor schedules, bookings, and operational updates using internal systems
