The APAC Order Management role is accountable for end-to-end order execution across the APAC region. The role ensures orders are processed accurately, timely, and in full compliance with company standards, while coordinating closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Plants, and Finance to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Our Team

You will be reporting to the Order Management Leader and be part of the customer experience team under supply chain capability.

What You Will Do

  • Manage end-to-end execution of customer orders from receipt to delivery in accordance with defined SLAs.
  • Own order status management and customer follow-up, acting as the primary point of contact for order, shipment, and delivery updates.
