Provide agile and reliable service to sister plants by managing and tracking intercompany orders, ensuring direct communication, visibility of order status, confirmed delivery dates, and effective coordination to meet operational commitments as internal coordination and follow up to meet our customers’ requirements

  • 1. Receive and understand intercompany orders in accordance with supply chain procedures.
  • 2. Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status, delivery dates, product availability, and any deviations.
  • 3. Maintain direct and consistent communication with intercompany to coordinate requirements, resolve questions, and anticipate potential issues.
  • 4. Monitor the full order cycle, from creation to delivery, ensuring compliance with established service levels.
  • 5. Collaborate with internal areas such as Planning, Logistics, Production, Quality, and Warehousing to ensure proper execution of processes.
