Main accountabilities include
  • Evaluate incoming tasks and projects with sales colleagues.
  • Provide customers with product information, advice, price assignment, delivery times.
  • Provide correct product information or alternative solutions as a proposal.
  • Responsible for the customer service mailbox.
  • Driving our solution based selling approach.
  • Overall order handling and management.
  • Your profile What we are looking for
  • SAP and Salesforce knowledge of a high level.
  • Strong customer service skills are required.
  • Experience of sales order management.
  • Experience of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Fluent Danish and English is required for this role to effectively communicate.
